INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE :
500 gms Potatoes
2 Cups Peas
4 Onions (Small)
4 Hybrid Tomatoes (Small)
2 Inch Ginger
1 Whole Garlic
1/2 Cup Mustard oil
3 Dried Red Chillies
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tbsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Garam MAsala
3 Green Chillies
1 Tbsp Curd
1 Tbsp Kasuri methi
1 Cup Water
Coriander Leaves

I made this and it turned out amazing. Used canola oil instead of mustard but still finger licking taste. I do a lot of pressure cooker curries but this was still different.
Just a suggestion for you……..Canola oil is a highly refined oil ! By the time we cook it, it has already lost all its nutrients. Please use only unrefined oils like Olive oil, pure Mustard oil, Avocado oil , Desi ghee , ( in limited quantities) , Sesame oil etc. These are really good for you !
