James I have to tell you I have always felt so lost in the gym no matter how much I read about working out. I'm a bit of a science geek but have always wanted to be strong and fit. I've watched several of your videos now and I really appreciate them. The combination of information and how to use it in the gym is amazingly helpful. It appeals to both my inner nerd and athlete. Thank you. I hope to emulate your example. Keep up the great work and take care man.

Knowing why you do what you do is as important as knowing "what to do". So keep your mouth closed and listen. Or let others to listen at least.

Wish I had more thumbs! This is the most valuable information I’ve ever watched... down and dirty with dumbed down explanations! I swear by your videos and have turned tons of my military colleagues onto this series. Many of them tell me they wish they’d seen this years ago before the injuries and the time wasted in the gym just “doing what everyone else does”.

Agreed! In order for me to first fire my brachialis I had to start light and over a few weeks I began to move up in weight. Starting light really gave me that mind muscle connection and now I can lift heavier while being able to engage my brachialis.
