YOU ARE THE MAN!! I've always believed that knowledge is power and this video makes me want to go do biceps now even tho I'm doing them tomorrow. Great channel and scientifically informative content! Thank you my brother!
James I have to tell you I have always felt so lost in the gym no matter how much I read about working out. I'm a bit of a science geek but have always wanted to be strong and fit. I've watched several of your videos now and I really appreciate them. The combination of information and how to use it in the gym is amazingly helpful. It appeals to both my inner nerd and athlete. Thank you. I hope to emulate your example. Keep up the great work and take care man.
Been casually lifting for over 30 years----your videos have pointed me in new directions and led to almost immediate visible results. Great stuff, thanks.

Please keep posting more videos. They are helping me greatly understanding my body and I am applying it to the workouts. Thanks James..You are the real deal.Much respect!
Wish I had more thumbs! This is the most valuable information I’ve ever watched... down and dirty with dumbed down explanations! I swear by your videos and have turned tons of my military colleagues onto this series. Many of them tell me they wish they’d seen this years ago before the injuries and the time wasted in the gym just “doing what everyone else does”.
very helpful. Use of "bones" and the elastic band to demonstrate muscle action and the best hand orientation to best train these two muscles was very effective. Thanks!
its actually good that you get into the technically of the muscle functions and the origination and insertion points...makes us understand better the functions of the muscle and how to make it work more efficiently...thankz alot for sharing all this great info with us..really really helpful
Agreed! In order for me to first fire my brachialis I had to start light and over a few weeks I began to move up in weight. Starting light really gave me that mind muscle connection and now I can lift heavier while being able to engage my brachialis.
