  • How to Make Perfect Ribeye Steak I Entrecôte Steak I Parisian green sauce recipe chef kooroush
    Entrecôte is the French word for a beef steak cut from between the ribs; in other words, a thin, boneless ribeye. This makes a good cut for quick cooking in a skillet or on the grill or for portion control as it's typically half the thickness of a bone-in rib-eye.
    Simple steak skillet and French Fries recipe with rich and flavorful Parisian Green Sauce. A French classic that makes a special dinner. Highly recommend serving with good wine! One of the best dinner party recipes to try!
    Steak ingredients:
    2 lb ribeye steak
    1 oz olive oil
    2 pinches salt
    2 pinches black pepper
    For French Fries:
    4 medium potatoes
    Guacamole Ingredients:
    3 avocados
    1 medium tomato
    1 small shallot or ¼ of small red onion
    1 garlic clove
    1/3 jalapeño
    2 oz cilantro
    1 lime
    2 pinches of salt
    1 pinch of black pepper
    Sauce Ingredients:
    8 oz butter
    3 tbs shallots
    1 clove of garlic
    2 anchovies
    5 capers
    1 egg yolk
    ½ oz walnuts
    4 leaves of sages
    2 tbs tarragon leaves
    1 oz Italian parsley

      این گوشت بین دنده گاو بود. یکی از لذیزترینها. گوشتی که بین پاهای عقب و پاهای جلو باشه که بیشتر به روی
      دنده قرار گرفته باشه نرمتر و لذیزتر است.

      Hello Bahar,
      yes, I put the cut potatoes into the salted boiling water for a short period of time.
      By doing that;
      1. The french frise would we crispy from outside and nice and fluffy inside
      2. The french fries observe the salt and it will be tastier. If you like you can also add vinegar or any other thing.
      I usually by the fresh sage from Restaurant Depot. Or cash & Carry

    Don’t use the foil directly touch to the food when cooking. It’s not good for the health.

      Unfortunately, we are living in a world where there are a lot of things that are not good for us.
      You say foil, and I say, plastic, Teflon, or any genetically modified organism animals like cows, ships, chickens, or plants like wheat, garbanzo, and the rest.
      Then please don’t think only the foil is not good for our health.
      That foil is a thousand times better than Costco Rotisserie chickens. Or the bread we eat every day.
