So do I, adding 20 second contractions at the end of the range, keeping the breath shallow for a Yang session. On Yin days I use a similar style for 3 to 5 mins rolling into front splits whilst focusing on breath. In winter you can cover yourself with the quilt. Really good demo .. your Yin hip flexor video I have recommended to a few people. Excellent. You can use the pillows to oversplit.

Does this workout split on the v phase? I went from not reaching the sides to myfeet dangling on the side. But i cant yet split.
