I kinda suspect it for while when they had their fun in their shower scene. I mean what were the chances of someone using condom in that spot? Probably not.

I screamed as well Ben had a 20-minute conversation with my ducks about it I wasn't expecting it I actually can't wait to see how this is going to play out because like he has autism and people say that people with autism having trouble with kids because they're autism and it's overwhelming but I'm curious to see because I also have a learning disability that's similar to autism and I'm a lot like Sean so if he can do it then I know I can do it too I think I don't know see this is what my conversation with my ducks was about

We all was expecting them to be parents at some point but not this fast Haha I thought they would get married first or something. They'll get married this season or they'll break up if Leah decides not having the baby, wich I see unlikely because I'm almost sure that they'll end up together, that's the whole point of the series, show that being autistic is not a reason to think that you can't reach a successful life.
I also didnt expect it that fast - but the decision to have the baby would not be the end of his way to a successful life. They could show him as a father and husband in the next or further season(s) And finanlly him as a lead /chef surgeon.

Remember The Good Doctor Season 4 episode 4 "Not The Same" Lea mentioned that she is not sure they have enough Trust and Commitment? Having a baby together and becoming parents is the biggest commitment. That is why Lea is scared.

Well, we have nothing much left to resolve in his professional and personal life so I guess they figure out it's time proceed to parenthood.
There's one thing left: earning one of the limited post-residency positions at the hospital. And a pregnancy/baby will add a significant challenge to that.
Well they did mention early in the series that Shaun thought he would make a good father and that he would wanted to be one, one day. Just like they hinted at the fact in season 1 that Claire thought Melendez was attractive and was crushing on him. Only for them to admit feelings in season 3. They laid the seeds two seasons ago, you really can't be shocked.

I would be so happy for them, especially for Shawn bc once he told Claire that he would be a good father. I just hope the writers dont ruin that - not evereything has to be drama in this show especially not with this couple. I like their solid bond - with a litte ups and downs of course. An unplanned parenthood would be another challenge for them - not easy at all. Still, Iam a bit surprised , isnt that a bit early in this show ?

It was only a matter time before Morgan and park started catching feelings for each other they are both very good looking people and they are living together, it’s bound to affect them. Plus everything they’ve been through it’s clear that they have some kind of romantic tension.

I doubt it for Shaun, because he is seemingly uncertain about what kind of father he should be after the ill-treatment of his own parents. He does have Dr Glassman, but 'there is no greater influence on the child than the parent'

Lea is just scared. Even though they have been a couple for a short while, They have been together for 4 years. First as Neighbors, then as Roommates, then friends, and then a couple. They have a long history. What a baby will do is create a bond between Shaun and Lea that is unbreakable.

@@olig8052 Shaun is obsessed with having sex and has a very high sex drive expecting his partner to have sex whatever time Shaun wants, Remember Shaun woke up Carly while still dark as so early so they could have sex before going to work but Carly wanted more sleep, then Shaun wanted them to go home at lunchtime working out how much time it would leave for him and Carly to have sex between the bus journeys and time to eat Carly said No. Lea had just finished work when Shaun told Lea he would have shower sex but it had to be safe and had shifted all her bottles of shampoos then gave a sign to Lea he wanted sex there and then as Lea looked surprised and said Oh Now" This was before Lea had time to relax after a day at work and before Lea had eaten. Shaun even told Park and his son Callun during the lockdown when Park was staying with Shaun due to work and all were speaking on face time ...Shaun - "Don't you think Lea and me have sex as we do a lot" Shaun would not tell Lea he missed her but always told Lea "I miss sex don't you" No protection is 100% effective especially if you have a very active sex life as Shaun and Lea have.

I agree it does seemed rushed on the pregnancy part but I don’t think they are moving to fast if they have known each other for 4 years and lived together for a year and half(season 2-3) idk unplanned pregnancy happens ALL the time so will see.
@@jenston9557 i agree. Unplanned pregnancy happens all the time but then yet it will probably be difficult for shawn. But at the same time he works in a hospital everyday and it will mostly be lea taking care of the child and that's difficult with just one person.
