What is a sound bath? ✨
A sound bath is a sound healing technique that utilizes sound at different frequencies to help bring you into a state of relaxation, calm & realignment. Sound is frequency and vibration - just like you! The external sounds around us have an impact on our mind, body & soul. Singing bowls produce sound waves that resonate with our own energetic & physical bodies to help bring us further into an improved state of harmony and balance via sound.
The notes I have chosen for this sound bath are C, F & G.

✨ Notes C+G played together create the harmonizing & balancing Perfect Fifth
Both of these help with activating your parasympathetic nervous system to help bring you into a more calm, relaxed, and restorative state of being. Hope you enjoy! 💕

For some reason the sound resonates with me more when it’s someone that looks like me. It feels like they are listening to something then playing it back to me. I cannot explain it but it feels smoother somehow.

Just finished my morning yoga practice with this sound bath today, short and sweet. I woke up quite restless today and hence was unable to meditate peacefully as usual. Few minutes into this video, I feel so calm and serene, my forehead began tingling which has happened during my mediation sessions. I feel so relaxed now and peaceful, thank you 🙏🏼
