I can't decide between this or the Level 2. I may find myself having to commute 24 miles(12 to/12 from) roundtrip daily with a ton of night riding. I like the lighter L2 and color scheme but I would like to have that option of having an ebike handle some tougher terrain such as this Aventure.
The Aventure 2 is definitely capable of doing 24 miles a day. My friend got one and rides 22 miles up and down a mountain. I haven’t don’t a lot of research on the Level 2 but being lighter is a big deal. Especially if you’re hauling it all the time. But being able to go off road or ride trails on the Aventure is awesome and it does a really nice job.
I recently bought a Level.2. I love the bike. I’m 80 yo, and only ride a half-hour or an hour a day-100 miles first month. Especially like the way it is designed for commuters, and solid surfaces. Big wheels. (27.5 inches X 2.5 inches). No knobby noise. Highly recommended!
@@Gogogordy1 Honestly if I had the money I would have a bike solely for commuting, and one solely for Offroad / mountain biking. But the Aventure.2 is good for both.
@@5401Productions yeah I’ve been able to top it out around 31 but I wish it was easier to sustain it I get to that speed for 2-3 min tops and then I go between 25-28 mph
@@5401Productions yeah seriously. Maybe if it was closer to 10 miles I’d have no problem. I’ll just have to move close lol. For now I don’t mind just using it on the weekends to ride around town.
Altoona's roads are trash and it's not a bike friendly city at all. Glad to see that this bike is capable enough to handle these bombed-out rustbelt roads.

I ride to & from the school,gym, and recreational on the same battery almost every day. I still have an awesome time with the Aventure.2
I have one and love it just wish it went up to 32 mph thats my only complain
I can almost get mine to 32. Usually tops out around 31.5

That tire noise would kind of drive me crazy after awhile ... wondering if there's a quieter 4" road tire available?
Tire noise doesn’t bother me, kinda like it honestly. But yeah they make 4’ road tires. You can find them on Amazon.

19 miles is a trip. You could definitely do it though. Guy I work with rides 11 miles.

Yeah you couldn’t be more right. Soo many horrible roads with no bike lanes or sidewalks.
