The Ogua Monster, said to be 20-foot-long and lurks in the Monongahela River! Thought to be a 400-500 lb alligator snapping turtle creature. It might even have had two heads! First reported in 1745 and was most known for being able to come onto land and camouflage itself as part of the forest. It used its tail to capture unsuspecting deer and dragged them to the water to devour them whole! Apparently there are two more creatures, the Monongy (half man half fish) and Rivesville River Monster (a serpentine creature). Very cool!
