- In this video, we give you an in depth look at what it's like to celebrate Galungan in Bali, Indonesia.
Galungan is a special holiday within Balinese culture that celebrates the victory of dharma over adharma, which is the triumph of good over evil. We were incredibly lucky to be invited to spend the day with our new friend Wayan, who lives in a small village named Desa Petulu in Central Bali.

Have celebrated galungan twice with local families in hills of Northern Bali. One of the greatest experiences of my life. Felt so honoured and humbled to be a guest in a family compound.
