I love how this song is called "Man on the Moon" and yet it sounds like the sunrise to me.
It sounds like the Moon is reassuring the Sun and describing to the Sun how amazing it actually is. It’s the opposite of “You Are The Moon” by Hush Sound

Every time I listen to this my room feels light and airy. It gives off colors of the sunset with a dash of freedom. This song makes life feel a lot better than it really is.
I met someone on this farm we were volunteering at and she was leaving in a week and we fell so fast for each other. When she left she sent me this song and texted me "This is literally our story." The lyrics perfectly fit how it felt - this dreamy unreal space we got to experience.

I couldn’t listen to this song enough. Life is hard to keep up with, it’s incredibly difficult actually. That’s exactly why when I find songs like this, songs that suspend me and let me look at this beautiful mural that’s been drawn with all the experiences I own, I can cry. This song specifically reminds me of my girlfriend. Not just in a sweet way. It’s true, the love there is. The song is a two sided coin, just like life can be. One side presents the incredible happiness she provides to me, of which most of the time I can hardly believe that I even deserve. And the other side reminds me of the few times we were apart, not speaking, but watching the other move on from you. It hurt my heart, and sometimes, recalling a feeling like that reminds us that we are alive. I love her, and this song is something so amazing that she gave to me to me to listen to. I hope everyone who reads this (no one but that’s okay) can find a song that lets them know that they are alive, and worth it.
