I have an Xbox One S you can play 4K movies in real 4K but games are going to be in 4k as well but only in 1440 60 or higher frame rate and with hdr10 so it's not native 4K but it's better than 1080p

Yep there are a few original x box games that are backward compatible, any original x box games are on a list.
