I use to be a very positive energitic beautiful lovable person I use to help everyone I use to share all my thoughts,plans that I had done a biggest mistake and I gained my weight upto 80kg so, than again I started I managed myself learn to control my thoughts , applied some of ur ideas in my diet I too didn't followed any diet plan I started maintaining my timing portion control and I lost around 30-35kg in 3years .
