    Thank you for posting this video. The internal training truly helps balance this system with how involved our external training is. And fantastic demonstration of the sword techniques. It's amazing how weapons actually enhance our hand-to-hand combat. Healing truly does come through many sources.

    Love the weapon/non-weapon concept. Thank you for explaining one of the ways weapon training with the Chinese broad sword can directly help with you hand-to-hand fighting Sifu 🙏🏼☯️

    In Arizona that Dao is considered a knife. You can carry it concealed or open without a license or permit (NO government permission needed).
    If you are a visitor from another state or even country you can carry a ggun, knife (sword), or any other weapon concealed or open without a license/permit (no government permission needed).

    sometimes things happens in our life than affects our ki and we have to be compasionate to our self and accept our vulnerability to heal emotinally with patience so we can balance our ki and get back to move the energy, we all have our bad days dont forget to feel proud of training wen yuo dont perform well
