- First Fall outfit of the season using S9679 - Knit tops have asymmetric cut-out along the shoulder for a sleek silhouette look. Top features long gathered sleeves with bands, long straight sleeves and sleeveless option. I made the long straight sleeves View C. And I made S8982 - Pull-on skirt is elasticated at waist. I made View E.

Trip was a nice getaway but unfortunately an unexpected cold front came through and we did not get to enjoy the beach/pool. We rode bikes and shopped instead. Glad you like the outfit. You can make the whole thing in one afternoon. Very simple but elegant! Thanks so much. 🥰

I love that outfit, it looks really good with the tights. I could see that outfit worn with tall boots or the heels. The skirt length is good too; it’s not overly long or short. You are so talented. You’re going to need Tom to build you an additional closet to hold all your creations in.

I ran to Joann's today for McCalls with my list and I couldn't find a lot of them. A bit disappointed. But I did come out with some gorgeous fabric! 😃

Nice outfit, Grace! Just wondering how you hemmed the rib top and skirt....you must have used something so that it didn't stretch out.
Thank you Colleen. I hemmed the rib top, skirt and sleeves all the same way. I serged the raw edges using a 4-thread wide overlock stitch. Then I turned under 5/8" and pressed and top stitched all the way around with a 3.0 width stitch.

Thank you Diann! I really appreciate that. That knit fabric has great recovery and does not stretch out. I washed and dried it and it did not shrink. Plus the fashion tape on the shoulder keeps it in place. Have a great weekend! 🤗😘💖
