Nice top and skirt! I had wondered about the top and bra situation, thanks for clarifying. I'm also a big lover of lemon, especially lemon cake with lemon icing. Love lemon butter on broccoli, shrimp, and just about anything else! Can't wait to see your upcoming makes with the fabric. Yes, that zebra beige fabric is very unique. The retro fabric that you picked out for N6733 is so fun and will be perfect for that pattern. I can see it with some white shorts or capris but I’m eager to see how you style it since you always have such great, coordinated looks. Like the green outfit you modeled in this video! It just went together so well and you gave some great shoe options. The cutout is a fun touch to the top and I love that it doesn’t show your bra strap.

I always love seeing your fabric and pattern choices. You have such good taste. I thought it’s so great that you and your husband usually agree on the ideas. My Mama and Daddy had almost the same taste in clothes for Mama. She would look through the Sears catalog when it would come and then Daddy would almost always, pick out the same dresses. ❤

Love your outfit! I always enjoy watching fabric and pattern matching. Last time I went to Joann’s I thought, I’m going to be like Grace and buy a New Look pattern. The one I was in didn’t even carry them anymore. 😢 I will go to the one closest to my house because I think they still have some. I hope they aren’t phasing them out. Wow you really put out a spread for your entertaining. Just beautiful. Thanks for showing us what your house looks like - so inviting. I love that your husband picks out his own fabrics. Tina, if you can't find a New Look pattern at JoAnn's, they usually carry it at Hobby Lobby. It costs a little more but if you really want it, they may have it there. I heard they may be phasing out New Look. That's a shame because it's my favorite line. I love to put out a spread when I have a party. It's my Italian upbringing. Always greet family and guests with a warm welcome and lots of food! That wasn't even a lot of food compared to my cousin in Sicily! Their tables are endless. Now my husband loves to pick out his fabrics but he needs to learn to sew!!! 🤣🤣 Thanks for watching!

Great video, Grace! I sewed that Simplicity 1358 dress in the exact same fabric a while back. It's now too big, so I'm going to make it into something else. That ribbed knit is going to look fabulous in that top. Thanks for sharing!

Gosh, I love the top, it doesn't look how I expected - I thought the opening would be larger and it wouldn't be bra friendly - I couldn't deal with that. I am going to have to pick up that pattern! I love the snakeskin ponte and I REALLY love that floral. I really enjoyed seeing your dinner party preparations! I bet you had a great time! Up north, my garden is still in process, my tomatoes are green and flowering. Everything I plant is 60 days max. Love your channel!
Thanks Sirena, The sleeveless top is definitely bra friendly. And I forgot to mention that you can make the cut-out on either shoulder. I want to make the long sleeve one but that will need a strapless bra. The snakeskin ponte is definitely exciting! The floral is also. We had a great time eating and going in the pool. I have that floral fabric too. I made up a Big4 Fit and flare type dress! I loved it. One of my faborite makes EVER. It was my first ever dress made with my serger and I messed up a little bit on the princess seams so it pulled apart and is unwearable now, but I love it and want more of that fabric!

They only had it in the citrus yellow, orange and pink combination. I did not see any other color combos.
