I don't think number 2 is correct. You said its B, a full liquid diet. But I thought it would be a thickened liquid diet as that is actually easier for a patient to swallow than a full liquid diet. Generally stroke patients for instance who have dysphasia will always have thickened diets.
3) I put D thinking about the facial twitching associated with hypocalcemia. I read the question as whats a sign of hypocalcemia opposed to what is most important. 4) I put B. Beneficence-is to do good and non-maleficence- is do no harm. Cant ever figure out which to pick because it seems like if your doing good for your pt. your not doing them harm and if you're doing no harm you're doing them good lol confusing shit. can you explain the last question/SATA? I know that active military service, court order, and marriage can emancipate a minor. But how does pregnancy fit into this question?

Kelly B I agree, my client has dysphasia and swallows thickened liquid easier...we thicken all liquids
