Hi just a question: does the adonit pro stylus allows palm rejection? Do you counter any problem like your palm touching the screen at the same time u draw using the stylus? Is the experience annoying/awkward?

I have a question! So everytime I try drawing a face it automatically turns into a line and I don’t know how I fix it because I already turned off the stream line 🥺
I think it may be because you are holding down you pen at the end of the squiggle for too long, if you know what I mean? Drawing a line from point A to B and holding down at the end makes it perfectly straight, same if you were trying to draw a perfect circle or square. Try not holding down for so long and see if that works, you don't want to press too hard anyway. Hope that helps :)
if you hold too long it creates a line or arc if you liked the shape you were drawing before just tap with two finger to undo it and then tap again with two fingers if you didn’t like the original shape you drew. stream line makes your lines and curves less ridged so you might wanna keep that on. hope this helped. :)

Hello! I tried making the exact lead that you did just to get used to learning the app and after I clipped the 2nd layer to add the lighter color I try and fill it in put it covers the entire leaf. I watched this part on the video 3 times and can’t figure it out! 😭
Hey Brittany, the first thing that comes to mind is that the new shapes/highlights you are making on the clipping mask layer may not be fully connected. Make sure you connect the lines of the shapes otherwise the drop colour will fill the whole layer. Hope that helps!x
Might be a dumb question, but when you made the leaf shape and connected the ends was that skill or a adjustment of the brush because my shapes always connect weird.

Do you know if it is done in the same way so to speak when it comes to saving art in both an iPad and an iPhone from the app? Will the Art be as high quality when made on the phone as it is on an iPad? What steps would you suggest when using the phone from when an art piece is made to then save it on my laptop and then upload it to let's say Redbubble or Teepublic for Print on Demand? Also, this might sound weird but are the art pieces done when they are done..? Meaning do they need clean up or any type of “fixing” in another app or program like photoshop? I am so hoping that they don’t need clean up as I am wishing for, when it’s done it’s ready to be uploaded onto a product such as a T-shirt, mugs and stickers. Thank you in advance!

Yes. Since the app itself is already a tiny but pricey, and considering it’s officially made by apple, all brushes and features are completely included. You can download brush packs from the internet, but everything you need comes default in the app!
I could not STAND styluses with the disc on the end. I liked the Adonit Jot (Evernote edition in my case). But actually, I do use my fingers and, since you can zoom in, you can get some great details that way. It’s a question of just practicing, using it, getting comfortable with using your finger. Anyway, here to see about Proreate. I’ve never used it in any variation, but saw it was available for the iPhone and have been considering it. I use Medibang, so I’m curious as to how it compares before I actually buy it. The way it handles colour looks really interesting. Also the streamlining looks interesting. I tried using it on Ibis, but it did not do well for me.

Ibis is very pricy for the tools you get. Sony in obsolete.

Technically you could! But it will make things trickier as it’s harder to fit a landscape on iPhone screen, more zooming in when drawing

Go into the brush tools, click on your brush and under Stroke Properties there is a StreamLine adjustment, I usually have mine set around 35-40%
