1cup - Butter
1 cup - Sugar
2cups - All Purpose Flour
4tbsp - Cornstarch
1tbsp - Baking Powder
1/2tsp - Salt
4 - Large Eggs
1cup - Evaporated Milk
1tsp - Nutmeg
1tsp - Vanilla Extract

I would like to make this cake, do put water in the bottom pot to stream bake the cake, I don't understand that part, our cookers the UK are different to Ghana. I can't put on cookers like it will burn the bottom of the pot.
