Excellent way for clarifying such complex topic. Sir , I think you should also clarify how to know, how much currency has been printed in a period. This may pressurize government to avoid unnencessary printing of currency , that public is knowing about this.

Great video, I was actually asking a relative of mine who works in RBI regarding how money is being printed? It is not backed by gold, also USD is itself not backed by gold from Nixons shock and Bretton woods system of 1971 change. Can u pls suggest book recommendations to understand history of money, banking system FRB in depth?
Also, when money is printed by central bank (government or country), how is it distributed to people? I could not understand the banks print 100 crores of money and give it to central government to help reduce their debt, how is money being trasferred to the common citizen?
