Good video. We get to see part of the hinterland areas close to the coast.
I remember when east coast highway was being built in the 70's we used to control the asphalt plants at MWH Garden of Eden site.
The aggregates or crushed granite stone was shipped from Teperu and Itabali stone quarries.
The new Demerara cable stayed bridge requires a lot of concrete for the piles, piers, pile caps and girders.
I wonder where the crushed stone aggregates are coming from?
I think it's coming for the new stone quarries along the linden 58 trail
@philipodwinfishing if trucks are hauling aggregates down the Soesdyke Linden highway, that could be a problem when the contractor start to rehabilitate the highway.
The trucks hauling aggregates for the bridge could get delayed.
The highway is still going to be 2 lanes only. It's a pity the government didn't widen that highway to 4 lanes.
Probably within the next few years they may do it.

Times have changed so much, who could have believed persons can sit in their homes anywhere in the world and see what's going on in Guyana " Gold Bush" interior, I went into puruni on a work assignment about 9 years ago

No it's not that popular here....the car they say it work good but they have to customize it a little
How do peoole survive in those places.no shops,stores or nothing. Is doctors or clinic😂here we live in concrete jungle. Anazing the way of life..
