Hey! I've been watching your blogs for several months now. It's great, and truly inspiring. I don't know if you remember me, but I am a fourteen year old high school guy. I kinda wanted your recognition for my birthday. Lol. But I do have a question. I've always wanted to know how to "bulk up" or in other terms gain muscle and body mass. I don't take protein shake, I only get protein from food. My mother would probably not let me take protein shakes, but any other form is good. Hey Brendan, quick question.. So, I've been doing calisthenics for about a month now, and I've been doing cycles in my workouts, and actually been doing pretty good, already gained 2kgs with minimal fat gains, today I tried to change it up and do sets and reps instead, didn't really notice any major difference, so.. My question is does it really matter if I do Cycles or Sets and Reps, or is it really just a matter of preference? Thanks, and keep up the videos ;)
