This was a fun one. massive shoutout to mister Tom for being my right hand man and ALWAYS helping me out with everything in the shop.
Grant seems like he’d be cool as hell to hang out with.
Most definitely lol. Thats why hes like good friends with dang near every car content creator and if hes not for some its because they haven't been able to hang out lol. Hes on the east coast and theres a few guys towards the west Coast so the paths havent crossed yet. But shit im sure even the guys from dde would have fun chillin with grant and im sure if him and rob dahm got together grant would prolly build or get a 2 or 3 rotor fd haha

I installed the same system in my shop from Amazon. 6 years later, no problems. I was able to run the tubing in the walls before drywall. The access points are well engineered.
Grants videos always put a smile on my face!! When it’s a rough day I can always count on getting a good laugh and positive attitude in a grant video!!! Thanks for always being a great dude!

Should get some 1/8th or 1/4in plate to cover most of the work bench and you can weld a peg on the edge for ground leads

I have a 60gal comp. With 3/4 line going to a air max regulator set at 90psi then the same kit. The one hose reel with another regulator set at 40psi and the other hose reel at 90 psi. Awesome kit.
I still haven't installed it, but I bought a 100' kit of this stuff over a year ago...
Trying to get better interior walls in place before doing this part, but looking forward to it!
I will say, one tip I saw and will be following is to use a pipe nipple on the bottom before attaching the ball valves. This gives a longer drip leg for condensate to collect in, below the air chuck.
At my last work, we had the drains right at the hose chucks, and would get a blast of water if you connected a tool without draining them each time, since the condensate would puddle in the low points in the system.

Good evening Mr. Anderson 😎 Got a similar setup in my detached garage. I only have a 30' ×30' though. I need one your size. Mine is so full with 2 cars on one side and 4 85 honda fl350s on the other. Got a literal wall of rotax engines, wall of tool boxes, and every other open area has totes stacked filled with parts. Youd be sick at all the clutter.🤢🤢

Very nice job , there is no volume of air lost when you pipe 3/4. you can also run a 3/4 inch impact gun with your set up no problem ( very handy ) your system is so much better than cutting and threading black pipe the tools and the pipes/fittings would cost more than that whole system ....

I didn't catch a good look of the tool you were using but I think it's used to perfectly circularize the pipe and the teeth you saw are supposed to cut it to a perfect 90 degrees in case your cut is crooked. That's what it does for pex water pipes.

where are your drop legs? to drain the condensation that gathers. you should start frfom comp go to the highest point then every line should have a slight decline in angle . every drop should have a decent length drop leg ( maybe 3 ft from manifold to drain water) with a valve at the bottom. also may want to incorporate reg/coascelating filter thing combo to every drop ( esp the fab station) to set regulator at tool speeds) nice install too bad they didnt sponsor you.
good info, i guess i didn’t really think about the drain valves being directly on the manifold. if any water forms it’ll go directly into the tool lol. thanks man!
