If you think she was clickbaiting for 7 mins…
    - She told you to understand your client, their budgets, and their costs
    - She told you to evaluate your capabilities, costs, and incomes
    - She told you to understand your value and charge accordingly
    - She told you to create packages that correspond to your current lifestyle
    - She told you to reverse engineer your costs, and create a profit margin once you’ve done so
    - She told you consider her course for more help
Rather than excuses, let’s try harder…

There’s some negative comments on this video for sure, but how can you complain when all of this valuable knowledge being shared is free? I’m starting my digital marketing agency and pricing is definitely something that takes time and patience to figure out. Thank you for keeping us focused on what matters.

If you don’t mind me asking, how do you figure out what your clients marketing budget should be in comparison to what they pay you per a month, thanks again!!!

I have a question for you
Are these companies expecting organic growth or paid marketing?
if paid marketing, does this come out of your monthly pay or will they set aside a budget that you can work with?

some companies with a decent amount of followings already will expect organic growth but will also allow you to advertise if they dont have a marketing team yet or if you have an idea/strategy how to advertise. and yes, they use their own budget for the ads, not yours. that is why it's important to ask their budget in your discovery call so you can already strategize how you can effectively use it if ever he accepts your service. however, most small/starting businesses with little followings will most likely use paid advertising to boost early on. so it's also important for an SMM to know how go advertise thru social media. they will always have a budget for it.

For the record, I feel like I got no value out of this video, it waste of seven minutes and I feel like it says something about how she runs her business. I was like finally we're getting to some real information, and she's like spend $97!! I feel like it would be a waste of money. If it's anything like this video, it would definitely be lacking in value and quality.

I watched Latasha James' video about what to charge for social media management packages right after this, and not only did she offer more helpful and in-depth information, but she also offered her free class at the end. Highly recommend her, she has amazing and uplifting energy.

From what it sounds, you expected an exact value. In the first 3mins of listening, you could’ve been able to extract the following points:
      - Answers will come with experience
      - Research the salaries and wages of your niche
      - Understand that what you charge should be corresponding to your skill level AND how much your competition charges
      - Evaluate your pricing through the services you offer
      Hope everything goes well🤝🏾

@@keana4158Latasha is amazing (love her) BUT she also charges! Free information is limited information! You can’t run a successful business on FREE information!
