@@MrManuel1329 this… you can also do this with your impact guns. If you cannot get the manufacturer torque delivery specs. Get a torque measuring tool and apply torque with all setting with your impact gun and you will know the torque range it will deliver. Granted, their tool is more consistent.

This is crazy assembly. Anyway I worked in car part manufacturer and everything was tested. When they trest those engines they will leak like sieves mark my word. Who assembles crankcases without a gasket or sealant is idiotic manufacturering.
That thing has 30 seconds of fuse delay before it turns into a hand grenade because of the amount of bolts not torqued to spec, lack of gaskets and lack of lubrication, didn't even oil the piston before putting it in. And the timing, goodbye!

Dude can assemble like a boss, now add in proper thread lock, torque each bolt correctly, and maybe look into these things called gaskets. Also using the proper oil while assembling helps so you aren't starting up a dry ass engine for the first time. Nothing like a couple dry revolutions to break in a motor

lol I have a Briggs and Straton 5HP Lawn mower that has had the the throttle cable pinned wide open for the past 15 years (Too cheap to fix), It's hit tree stumps and stopped dead multiple times... Funny thing is Prime it 4X it fires up in a smokey mess without fail everytime for the past 15 years. All I've done it oil changes + spark plugs... lol what a champ.

You don't have to be so generous. These motorcycles last 5-8 years on average and some last 14 years before new engine is required. The gears in these motorcycles get lubrication from engine oil. They don't have a seperate gear oil sump

Everytool is most car factories are already preset to the correct torque (even the air hammers) they just use the right tool set up for whichever bolt they are installing. But also this could be a “if it fits it ships” company in the vid so who really know. But youd hope so.

It had all the gaskets installed. This motor will last a long time if taken care of. Millions of people use them and love them, including myself.

Being a compentent mechanic is more than Just knowing where the parts go. It's about understaning tolerances and assembly techniques.

Break it down to you no torque wrench no proper glue for the nuts that's going it's a aluminum engine motorcycle vibration mate nuts and bolts loose this is why you need the proper torque and the proper glue..... And when I say glue you should know what I'm talking about
But no I do not improve that insulation that's why I don't buy that !@%$!

I know that engine well back in the 1970s I had a Honda sl70 in a Honda CT70 I've tore those engines down rebuilt them and road hundreds of miles they were good engine good design I'm glad to see they're still being made

Look those impacts up their expensive and come with set torque specs they can’t go past no matter how hard you try on a bolt.
That is a electronic torque screw driver. It is very common in assembly factory. Torque value can easily adjust by turning like normal torque wrenches
As a customer, nothing makes me more assured about the quality of the product than seeing the worker assembling it trying to break his speed-running record on it.
what does slowing down do? the tool is adjusted for torque, the hands are trained. I don't see any problems. Problems may be in the quality of material and processing.
That's why some engines are good some not so good because of guy's like this 😅😅
I would be more impressed by someone taking their time assembling that motor rather than someone rushing to complete a job.

Ничего не смазано, первый запуск будет грустным, прокладок нет. Китай рисовый металл. А самое печальное что этот рис щас стоит в х3 дороже. Раньше Китай 125 был по 40-60 тысяч. Щас не меньше 130-140 тысяч. А качество на том же уровне.
