I just studied korean for one year in korea and im still learning by myself now . Before coming to korea i was may be level 1 ( low beginner ) I knew some basic grammar how to write and read only.

For the scholarship program, is there a requirement to speak Korean or know how to read and write it before coming? As I was reading the application, it said that you must take a TOPIK test before the 1 year language program and have a level 3 thanks x
