Mark ordered this new cherry red Jaydee back in early 2020 for the 2021 tour through the present. This new bass does not have a 'G'-roller brass nut. So it's not borrowed. The white Starchild Jaydee seen on tour is his original bass from over 40 years ago.
I wasn't sure about the attitude of The Christians lead singer. It comes with the territory as a support act that people might wander in during your set. People are there to see the main act and he would have been even more miffed if people had all just sat in the bar till Level 42 came on. May be I didn't get his Scouse wit
