- 2021 has been a rollercoaster for all of us. Why did so many things change this year? Why are so many people lost?
I decided to share my understandings of this year to help you come out stronger.

Lately I have been seeing a trend going on.
People are switching businesses.
People are quitting their jobs.
People are ending relationships.
Of Course that happened 5 years ago as well.
But I feel this time... it’s different.
This year has been a rollercoaster for all of us.
I can’t stop wondering why things are shifting so fast.
What is this uncomfortable feeling?
What are we chasing?
Who are we even?
My businesses have ended this year.
I had a “quarter life crisis” this year.
I have shifted to believe in Christianity this year.
My life will never be the same again.
But why did so many things change this year?
And why are so many people lost?

We wake up late, and so we feel justified in checking social media.
We say "What the hell". A meeting is canceled, and suddenly we feel like we have "bonus time" to scroll Twitter for 30 minutes.
We don't do our perfect routine, and so we don't feel ready to tackle the most important work on our plate.
This attitude makes us fragile. *Almost every day has a bunch of these imperfections*.
If we treat each of them as a reason to get side-tracked, we'll procrastinate the whole day.
A change in attitude is needed. *Embrace the mess instead*

Maslov miste het belangrijkste onderdeel. Hechting/verbinding is onze grootste behoefte als mensen. Wellicht omdat onze overleving sterker afhankelijk is van samenwerking dan wat dan ook. Als er een ramp is....wat doe je als eerste?

Thanks for this vid Jia! To the people who have doubts about praying, remember that praying can come in all kind of forms. Just like Jia, my life and the way I will deal with it have changed immensely in the past few months.
Biggest thing I learnt is how to align my mind, body and soul with each other and learning to listen what my body and soul are telling me. We seek for answers outside of ourselves all the time, while all the answers to our life questions are to be found inside of us. For me I got to this level with the help of meditating and breathwork, which is also some kind of praying.
It's about believing there is something greater than us, if you want to call it God, the Creator or the Universe, that's up to you! Stay strong everyone!

Jia, Top dat je religie hebt gevonden. In mijn boek is dat een miljoen keer beter dan goddeloosheid die overal heerst. Echter, wees je bewust van het feit dat de bijbel door de kerk in het verleden tich keer is aangepast. Als een Koning of Keizer met zijn zus wilde trouwen, dan dwong ie de kerk om een deel uit de Bijbel aan te passen of eruit te gooien. En anders verdiende de kerk enorm veel. De kerk is eeuwenlang super corrupt geweest. Er zijn tich totaal verschillende vertalingen van de Bijbel. Dezelfde profeten die je in de Bijbel vind tref je in de Koran aan, maar aan de tekst van de Koran kan en mag niet gesjoemeld worden. Het blijft zoals het is. Ik denk dat als je dichter bij de waarheid wil komen je beter ook de tijd neemt om je in de Qoran te verdiepen. Wees je ervan bewust dat zelfs de meest rechtse anti-Islam politici die zich in de Islam verdiepten om het met bewijs zwart te kunnen maken (meerdere PVV politici), door de kennis die ze opdeden juist overtuigd raakten dat de Qoran de enige betrouwbare tekst was. Ik ben blij dat je de kant van religie hebt gevonden, dat heeft deze wereld meer nodig. Maar neem de tijd om je er goed in te verdiepen en te vergelijken. Is maar een advies. Aan jou om er wel iets of niets mee te doen.
