I am a student of OD & Change management and currently pursuing my masters from TISS, India. The definition provided by Prof. Worley is so comprehensive and yet so simple and practical. Also totally agree with the point that our work as practitioners define us more than the textbook definitions of OD, and it is important for us to focus on the same to bring about the change in organisations and society as a whole.
