it put a tear in my eye when you spoke about Mike, he became a symbol of how good an artist can become and how little recognition/acknowledgement artist can get. But we keep our head up
There is a level of authenticity in this conversation that I will appreciate when I get older. You guys both rock, and you both come from backgrounds that definitely shapes who you are in a robust way. Thank you for this valuable talk! Made me smile today!!!
i really appreciate these quallity character art talks! this 10000000x more valuable than the 10000x speedsculpts that you see online... real talk! hardwork, passion, vision, focus, intensity vs. what speedsculptors try to sell ez to make, instant gratification etc..
Thanks Siamak for the time you dedicate to us! The discussions that are faced are never trivial, and above all there is always a meaning to continue despite difficult situations, thanks for the content always
Thank you so much for sharing! Just got started working in the game industry and sometimes I have ups and downs about it in term of enjoyment and your videos are very inspiring and helpful. Thank you for guidance and talking not only about just technical but also about phycological side and your thoughts about what would you do if you can go back in time. It helps a lot for someone who just started in the industry
Awesome talk man, this was great to listen to while I work on projects. Discussing the silver lining concerning AI for art and game dev was also useful. This tech can definitely help smaller teams produce higher quality projects. But I hope that fair regulation is implemented because this tech can wipe out a lot of art jobs.
Jeez you guys talking about burnout, how you can just sit there and not want to do what you're supposed to, the infinite loop of feedback, massaging pixels and micromanagmenet that sucks life and enjoment out of our work struck so many nerves in me (I've been to so many of the meetings that he mentions :)). Great talk. Greg is an incredbily talented dude

Everyone can relate to that but everyone is also hesitant to talk about the issues. We need to talk more about it and break the taboo!
