I've been using Bane mid for quite a long time, ppl have been sleeping on him saying he gets useless on late, but the only reason I lose the game was bcoz of safe or off or both at the same time are feeding the enemies. Also for me I try to max out my first since the usual build I do is Vessel and Phylactery, its a brain dead build considering that the enfeeble and Vessel rips to the enemy as you use your ult or just put them to sleep, never lose the lane, the only time I didnt won(but also didnt lose the lane) was when I met an oracle mid which was pratically a stalemate at that point
