Given the play when you had an invis rune mid I'd suspect actual cheating rather than stream cheating, guy changed his plan basically the second your walking angle changed enough to make it clear you were going for the bottom stairs rather than the top stairs. I would assume that if he was using the stream he'd at least have a 2-3 seconds delay before rushing down and placing a "lucky, convenient" sentry.

Not sure what's worse, the blatant griefing from grimstroke. Or the chat trying to get a huge hit of copium defending the ludicrous and unsupportive build in a RANKED match.
Edit: They should never allow players to get to choose what side they are on unless they are playing solo or their entire team is put on one side. For obvious reasons.

I don't think he was stream sniping, I straight up think he was maphacking. There's been a lot more of those appearing in dota in the last few weeks.
in my last 8 games, I have had 5 win traders and 4 griefers with such miserable behavior, it's kinda heartbreaking that the game can't be enjoyed anymore at all

These type of people ruined the rank experience, people like these have 0 confident on their skills and rely solely on cheats and hacks. Encountered a few of them on ranked and i tell you they are a big problem here in Crusader to Ancient ranks, And valve will do soo little to punish these maggots.
this only applies to immortal draft, not your extremely low ranks.. although smurfing is a big deal in your case.

I think he is being too harsh on the grim, this is a common build in SEA followed by jungling solo and destroying items you no longer need... like all of them.

Hot take: I don't think stream cheating is cheating. Put a delay if you don't want other people to watch your stream while you're playing. It's okay to talk to chat while you play getting tips and other advantages, but it's wrong when other people use legitmate sources to find information. Frustrating, but questionable unethical.
Also I think the motivate and attention you get from streaming and chating with other people is an massive advantage compared to people that are just playing by themselves.
My guy you need a ban from any comp play if you genuinely believe this. The sheer fact you can go into the other team's view even if it is delayed is getting access to information you would otherwise have no other way to get. That is in and of itself cheating in terms of map hax. You didn't slap down a ward in that area so why should you get to know what's going on there at any point in the match...
@@SirTimidFlash On top of this insane advantage of information and cheating to obtain such info, the chat often gives more of a disadvantage rather than an advantage from what I've seen from those who actually interact with their chat. A second to read chat/dono is a second less info you have of your screen, which is giving you a disadvantage (and I've seen moments where they miss an enemy peak out of fog and end up positioning right into them), also if chat is being dumb af like in this vid, or in a lot of streams where the player is insanely higher rank than the chatter, that would cause some to tilt and again another disadvantage.
It doesn't count as a hot take when it's objectively wrong for half of the take.
reading tips from chat is a disadvantage, second paragraph makes 0 sence too. You are right it is a hot take but not as hot as : when you face a streamer in a game of chess you can use chess engines, because streamer gets usefull tips and motivation from reading chat
Yeah by that logic, watching the official tornament steam while you are competing in a lan tornament is not cheating then.
And back seating by chat is massive advantage, bro please. Look at chat wisdom here 14:12 15:50 it's anything but distraction most of the time.
