- Today's video will be a bit of everything, it is mostly a trip report based on the experience we had flying Finn Airs A350 in business class from Helsinki to Bangkok.

Although I've been travelling back and forth to Thailand for many years, I flew with Finnair for the very first time this month and treated myself to a business class berth. It is safe to say, that I will NOT consider using another carrier in the future. Finnair is light years ahead of its aeronautical competition, and they provided me with the very best experience for the duration of my flights, from and to Bangkok. Thank you, Finnair.
Doing same trip in November,, hopefully the new seats will be in use by then... as an aside... for UK travellers, flying Finn Air via Helsinki was approx £1,000 cheaper than most other airlines in business

Why did you or your fiancé not call the flight attendants? You should ask if you forget. 5 to 10 mins later is ok but one hour????? Really??? You just sat there waiting?
Honestly after being on up for so long we were both pretty exhausted and honestly just expected better service. We definitely could have pressed the button but it is what it is!
