    So careful with the preseco bubbles, only to lose it all over the ice , AND a vigorous stir afterwards......huh?

    WHOOPS! - You actually "really-easy-made-it-wrong" from the GATE! NEVER pour the bubbly over ice! Pour over empty glass (chilled is option) all ingredients. THEN add ice. You'll keep 99% of bubbly and won't have to deal with the wait of bubbles to simmer.
