At 46:10 , when you shot a bandit, he was yelling not to shoot. That is because it is considered a bad tone among stalkers to fight during emissions(And I guess it is implemented in GAMMA as well)
No, he was a mechanic so he didn't have any weapons on him, so when NPC's without weapons see enemies they just run around and yell not to shoot, it's a thing in pretty much any stalker game if NPC is unarmed
Man I'd KILL for a co-op version of this game. Just one other person is enough. Would be a blast going through this with a squadmate would be really immersive.
We were going to get that, but the last time it was attempted, the devs just ended up getting sidetracked and made a completely different game in the process. That's cool I guess but I literally don't give a shit, I just want to play normal STALKER in coop, not some MMO or deathmatch or horde mode thing. The new animations were cool, however.

Just so you know, since you were pondering it at ~ 30:00, boxes yote by poltergeists still roll their junk/meds loot table when broken on impact. It's worth checking around after poltergeists throw tantrums because the boxes will still drop some sometimes good stuff.
There is a better Deagle than the golden one, but doesn't look anywhere as cool (kinda bland modern look with a picatinny rail I believe, I put an ACOG on mine and it's the perfect mutant hunter since .357 is plentiful).
44:28 The crows starting up and realizing the only shelter might be just to far away and full of bandits was such a good moment. Awesome video Drewski!
I paused 15 mins in, not knowing how long I was into the video and thought I'd be 30 or more and got really excited that I had so much more drewski to watch. I Highly enjoy your gameplay man. You make some of my most favorite things in video games so much more fun to watch and enjoy. Thank you. Stay safe everyone! ✌️
Fighting for shelter from an emission that happened while you were looting the corpses of a squad of stalkers that you interacted with the day before and didn’t see die is the perfect embodiment of what makes STALKER special
I could write an essay on STALKER and what it means to me and how it's made me feel over the past 13 years that I've been playing various iterations of the game. This game, this world and story mean a lot to me. I feel like you portray the feeling of the universe extremely well, especially in a non-mainline entry in the series like anomaly. Those quiet moments in a base while some random loner strums a nameless tune on a guitar, or a quiet conversation and some laughter between STALKERS are some of the most atmospheric moments in any game I've ever played, Juxtaposed by the building, on edge tension of exploring a new area. Not knowing if a bloodsucker or controller or a monolith squad is waiting for you. Glad to see it on the channel. A lot of youtubers don't do the STALKER universe justice.
42:12 has to be my favourite part of this entire video. The fact that the bodies that he finds are the people he interacted with before really sells how dynamic, active and alive the world of the game is. Everything feels like its happening in the moment. The world goes on around you instead of revolving around like most other games do. The fact that Anomaly is a mod made by a handful of madmen never ceases to amaze me, and makes me wonder how far a game can be pushed gameplay wise. Its almost audacious that AAA studios havent managed to reach this level of immersion.
Actually that bodies were not the people he interacted before. Just from the same faction. That bodies are part of repeatable quest about "squad that disappeared"(the one where you use rf receiver to find their bodies) . The moment he looted pda from one of the bodies that quest got updated. Although things he implied are possible in this game he definitely was mistaken this time.
@@ProstoShelMimo ssshh, noone need to know about this, let their imaginations run wild And yes, you're right, bodies from this quest that point to this area always appears there, no matter what faction they're from
@@kagerouge9007 actually not always, there is at least one more possible location for that quest bodies on that map. Once found them near bonfire in southeastern part of the map. All maps have 2-3 possible spawn points for such bodies. Even the little one betwen cordon and dark valley have at least two such points.
The dillema between "better play it safe" and "why did i even chose this mode if i'm going to play it like a coward and not fully experience it?" is the thin line of addiction that only stalker walks perfectly
Spoiler: 42:15 this really gives you chills and the feel that the zone is alive... Like, there is always something happening. You met them, talked to them. And the next day they're dead. If you really roleplay, or you just love the vibe this game gives. It can even feel sad. Gosh, I love this game...
I'm so glad you decided to make this series, STALKER is one of those games that deserves all the praise and attention it can get, especially the massive effort the modding community did to keep it alive and on par with AAA games 15 years after it's release.
42:04 I just love how in STALKER GAMMA you dont even have to participate in the world around you and it completely works on it's own. It's almost cinematical how the story of the world evolves. And your in the middle of it.....
Hey Drewski, if you haven't figured it out yet, your 'grenade launcher' key acts a scope modifier as well. In the case of the SKS, pressing that key with a PU scope on it will take your eye off the scope and you give you kind of a braced hipfire. Other guns (such as the AK105 Specialist) have canted sights and the like, and this key will toggle those as well. The keybinds aren't very well explained.
Loving the music idk if you put that there or if you have an editor but around 42:00-minute mark where those clear skies guys got wiped out and the ominous music in the background just sells! keep up the great work loving the Drewski Gamma playthrough!
I can't get over how unpredictable the AI is during a fight. They're always moving, always flanking, and it makes every single fight tense as hell. Never fails to impress me.

I want to say Drewski, thank you for putting out that first GAMMA video. It got me back into Stalker and I've been having a blast with it since. As of typing this comment I just managed to fully fix up and fully mod an exosuit and it genuinely feels like I have the power of god in my palms. All that hard work has finally payed off and the feeling is indescribable. Been playing this save for at least 2 weeks and the amount of time I've put into it is insane. Again, thank you so much man. Everything is so damn cinematic! From the Rostok checkpoint bandit ambush to fight with the poltergeists, to almost getting microwaved by an emission with seconds to spare. Talk about nail biting.
Watching you work on that SKS was cathartic, I just figured out that maintaining parts uses up the repair kits this morning! Painful, labourious, and yet very rewarding to figure things out and make progress - that's GAMMA in a nutshell. Grateful that you brought it to my attention

40:19 -This scene perfectly captures the stalker vibe. seeing some strange, bizarre things like that while skulking around a junk yard with the boys at 4 a.m.
That MP-133 served me so well in my playthrough, It actually got to the point that I was disappointed with my "upgrade" once I found and repaired a better gun -- I managed to get a STEYR AUG 3 fully functional with an ACOG and a USP Tactical with a silencer as a sidearm. Nothing could beat those massive 12ga slugs just dropping bandits like sandbags. Plus the 5.56 for the AUG was kind of hard to come by since no trader was selling it yet.
Anything that is upgraded you can break down for a chance to get the upgrade out of it. Also, there is a workbench you can create yourself that has a stash in it so you can store stuff and use it without moving it into inventory. Really you can use tools in your inventory as a workbench so you dont have to hire workbenches anymore.
yesssssss dude i've been looking forward to this so much. you got me to try out GAMMA after i had initially bounced off of Anomaly, and after spending an ungodly amount of time trying to figure out how the weapon repair system works, i've now fixed up my first PPSh, and i feel the game open up before me. Funny how easy it seems now, I had to watch few repair tutorial vids on yt too. My first repaired gun was 12 ammo capacity shotgun, man, the amount of joy..
I enjoy the hour+ video lengths, so no need to worry on that front. It's nice to see all the little details than having too much cut from a game. Thanks for explaining some of the mechanics and factions too, I haven't played the games so it's some nice insight.
Drewski, your edits and narration are nothing short of spectacular man. These videos surpass "just playing the game" and elevate to a whole storytelling experience. I was genuinely bummed out when your stalker comrade died because you guys had been through some shit. Stalker Anomaly is a world full of stories, and you tell them beautifully.
I don't know if you already knew this Drewski, but as far as I know Boars get one/two - shotted in their rear with shotty. It's even described in PDA in the mutants section that their rear is a weak spot. Actually, I think PDA contain information of the mutants weak spots as long as I remember it correctly. Anyway, nice video, made me wanna play too. UPD: I downloaded the game today. And I've found out that PDA doesn't contain information about weak spots. Guess the right choice will be to google them up..
Thats a cool finish for the raid 57:05, the last person you killed is the leader of the bandits "Sultan". He's a very respected leader among bandits and even some loners from STALKER CoP.
A pure Ironman playthrough of GAMMA is nuts haha. I played with three lives and it has never felt so good to graft and craft and salvage my first decent gun in 20 hours of painstaking gameplay. Honestly an Ironman 'lite' is the only way to truly get that Stalker experience. The tension at times is insane.

Hi Drewski! I don't know if anyone told you before and this is from the "teaching others" section), but you can switch between optics and collimator by pressing the "V" key. This also applies to optics and regular front sights, as well as some pistols with a laser sight (if you want to hold a weapon like a gangster). If you changed the layout of the buttons, then this is the "grenade launcher" line. Thanks for your attention, your cap... be safe)!
Absolutely loving this series my man! You totally got me hooked on GAMMA and seeing you play it makes me feel a little better about how little progression it feels like I'm making. Seeing you in about the same spot definitely helps me to realize that this game is just real slow lol

Anyone else notice the cut from the underground area to the swamps? One of the two teammates is MIA after that....rest in peace random NPC.

2:42 Bro, it's a AZLK 2140 aka Moskvich with Opel Vectra A dashboard and door panel's.
Just wanted to say I've been really enjoying this series! Love your edits where you've added music and cutting, it makes it really cinematic.
Yeah because the boar skull looks so damned thick it probably bounces makarov rounds.
Thats a cool finish for the raid 57:05, the last person you killed is the leader of the bandits "Sultan". He's a very respected leader among bandits and even some loners from STALKER CoP.
Drewski: "I wanna go see what killed it."
Me: "There is always a bigger fish."
26:12 Amazing sequence of events, teammate did a great job!
awesome job drewski. I've been running an expedition playthrough the graphics are insane
Better than gamma?
32:40 omg that laugh from controler is bringing back some memories from Doom 3😂
Okay, I just wanna say... The editing has always been fun and atmospheric... But that cut transition at 31:21 was SMOOTH on another level.
I loved the part where Drewski said "It's Drewsking time" and started Drewsking everywhere.
Te sigo desde que te llamabas 4K-RTX-HDR-Gaming, es increible tu amor por la saga STALKER, has crecido mucho y has mantenido viva a la comunidad con todos tus videos. Sigue así!
Theres a mod i think in the optional section of gamma that stops ai from seeing through foliage
Man your video’s are amazing. Love the editing style and commentary. I’m subbed to quiet a few channels, but you’re one of the few that gets me excited when I see a upload.
My favourite world of terrifying cosmic horrors and slavic people
31:19 just wanna say I appreciate this transition.
You know the day is gonna be good when drewski uploads ♥️
The guitar edit at 33:16 was beautiful 😭Easy subbed
That kind of moment is what made me sub a couple years ago too. His editing has only improved.
Keep up the awesome work Drewski, and keep kicking ass!
Drewski is the only youtuber that I am willing to watch hour long videos for. Especially this Gamma Ironman playthrough ooooh boy
I definitely look forward to watching this after my classes!
Thanks for your attention, your cap... be safe)!
awesome video mate; keep up the neat work. what an awesome game.
Absolutely loving this series my man! You totally got me hooked on GAMMA and seeing you play it makes me feel a little better about how little progression it feels like I'm making. Seeing you in about the same spot definitely helps me to realize that this game is just real slow lol
Ahhh! Yes! The Emission, the only thing a man is really scared of.....well maybe these bloodgusslers too :D
Thanks for getting me into stalker drewski, all other games have been getting stale for me, this is a nice refresh
This series makes me want to buy a pc just for this game haha
Its been so awesome watching the channel grow as much as it has. I couldn't be more happy for you
my schizo told me OpDrewski posted and by god they were right lmao
I thought I was the only one that got a notification in his head when he posts
The people in my walls tel me when that new new drops
Can we trade schizos
@@OperatorDrewski nah
@@OperatorDrewski sure mine's named "Stofnandi" what is yours called?
26:17 my goodness the disrespect your companion did to that stalker lmao, blasting him with a shotgun to the back of the head at point blank range. sheeeeeesh.
I loved the part where he said Its Drewski time and he Drewski'd all over them it was so funny.
I love the Editing Style, thanks for getting me to give Anomaly a second Chance, i've really been enjoying it the last week!
Gib moar gamma
Hey, man, you probably won't read this, but the editing for this video was pretty great. Love watching these stalker videos.
Love how the ironman concept makes each shot that much more detrimental... I was shitting myself when you could move and had a hard time making it back inside during the last gunfight...
1:17:15 You said your but is 'cant remember', and npc responded "In and out" :DDDD
Was super funny
I keep re-watching all the Stalker content, just hoping it will help with getting more. This series is like a drug to me, back in the original Anomaly playthrough and now this, love all of it... Just hope you don't get burned out
Loved the editing with the music around 33:00. Beautifully captured the zone.
That animation on the L85A2 was actually unbelievable! exactly how we were taught to handle in the CCF. I'm thoroughly impressed!
