this definitely is helpful. reframing our perspectives of ourselves, validating that we already are what we “strive to be”. it’s already us. right now. like you said, if you do the work, why not identify yourself as is already? i think once we insert ourselves in this mentality and really solidify and embody the knowing, it eliminates all subconscious belief that we’re separate from our passion/artistry/self. the act of being and doing will be occur naturally and you’ll feel more aligned and motivated. you’re enough as is. right now. what’s stopping you from claiming your identity? :-)

How do you stay focused? How do you keep a positive mental space? I'm a freshman in college and it gets hard sometimes man. I deleted tik tok and instagram to help me focus but I still lack strong focus. I feel like one reason I fail to focus and really give it my all is because I have a negative view of the future mixed with a little hope. I can't see clearly what it is I want to do in college and time is only ticking.
I believe that the process of what you are in your perspective is doing. Are you starting a path on your career or are you just doing your freshman year of college. Are you building strong focus or are trying to take away things that would lessen the focus that is already not strong. I think that you can become whatever my guy you already understand what situation you are in just take advantage of the life you are given everyday. You will not be able to keep a positive mental space without having to train it. You won’t be able to focus everyday my brother but acknowledging your actions and the beliefs that you could be is to the strongest thing you can have. You are smart, just follow your heart and mind brah!

How do you keep a positive mental space?
I'm a freshman in college and it gets hard sometimes man. I deleted tik tok and instagram to help me focus but I still lack strong focus.
