With Bragg's, it is actually the father and daughter; she followed in her father's footsteps. My wife is a CNA, she took care of the Daughter Bragg. Nice lady, professional. Never married or had children. Drank her own product (Bragg ACV) every single day.

I looked for the plant based spread he suggested when at Sprouts yesterday and a medium sized tub was over 7.00. I looked because I am trying to not buy products with palm oil. Well I just can't afford that price. I found another that has no palm oil but has some of the oils he doesn't like as much but that's the best I can do. Some of us are "normal" and can't pay some of those prices. I'd love to buy all organic and grass fed and so on. I do the best I can but I can't pay 10.00 a pound for hamburger. Art, my Mom will be 92 and asked me what she could eat for nutrition, especially protein, that she doesn't have to cook from scratch. She thought of protein bars or even protein powder. But aren't those usually full of bad ingredients and unhealthy in other ways? Could you do a show on healthy, easy, ready-made things to eat in place of a meal, maybe once a day? You mentioned Hail Merry chocolate almond snacks, but I couldn't find them at walmart.com to send to her as a gift. She still shops at the store. Thanks.
