So after some reading in the comments, I have come to realize that metaverse medic can be pretty nuts, for people that haven't quite reached that "god" form yet, so definitely I would tier it probably as a must have, for anyone on their first run. It can easily save you from having to buy multiple items. Overall just a good perk to have to really save you some cash. Once again, once you reach the endgame with maxed persona and stats, it might not be as useful, but again for first time runners and even for the early parts of ng+ it can really be a lifesaver! Thanks to those that pointed it out!
True! I did not think too hard about it but its is probably because I haven't used a healing item in so long, that I forgot how important the skill was in my first run.
@@mesiveloni Not 100% the same, but revival comes close to 95% which is still really good! On top of buffing higher tier medical items to last you end of NG to early NG+ without a need for Beads, Metaverse Medic is a must have!

I was surprised metaverse medic was so low. I found items to be very abusable in the game. If you buy all the items in Sophie's shop and just stockpile them for a bit you can breeze through so many of the game's harder challenges. Plus, you can use items at any time with literally no consequence. It just straight up doubles the effects of all items, especially SP and revival items. I would personally put it in necessity or at least power up tier for me.
Honestly, thinking back I think it is extremely useful, on my first run, but its been so long I honestly forgot about it since on my merciless runs, health or sp is almost never an issue, but you are definitely right, having it can be pretty clutch
I agree that the stat bonus ones are a luxury except for AGI. I prioritised that (after the essential skills like bondmaker, avenger, metaverse medic etc.) to increase the odds of auto-evade triggering
I’m a heavy skill user, so I focused on maxing SP boost the moment I got access. Oracle’ recovery was actually helpful because I continuously grind (and because my first playthrough is hard mode).

Metaverse Medic should be higher up. At max level, it increases item recovery by 90%! It's super good for conserving HP and SP!

Especially with revival items 50% revival is basically the same than 100% with metaverse medic

I think phantom dash is actually the environmental affects/attacks like dropping chandeliers. Which marginally raises its usefulness.
Oh I didn't know that, but even then I only use it for stunning enemies, but I can see the appeal
