I feel like.... Maybe you shouldn't make this replace both primary and secondary? Maybe nerf the healing it grants, boost the damage, and maybe instead make it so that upon killing another player, it fills 2% of your ubercharge-
I wonder does the ubercharge affect the medic itself? Because if yes then we have the perfect battle medic weapon however I would suggest giving it a little boost in ubercharge recharge rate

One thing I will say: The sound design is terrible. I think it's too loud, or at least should have a less intrusive sound if I'm expected to be using this as much as a baseline medigun. Maybe like, when healing it sounds more subtle cause it's only firing syringes, while the alt fire is like a cripsy gun that gives you that crackle as you kill someone with it? I'm not sure the best way to fix it, but personally I feel like this weapon could be simplified a bit more. Until then I'm giving a 6.5/10. Fun idea, but it needs some work.

fun fact you can uber 4-5 player af the same time but no one do this, it cost only second per player work only with stock uber.
