lol so true. I went months avoiding this video and other non-hip hop related kpop videos but then I came across a reaction of this song and instantly regretted avoiding Taemin. I'm now obsessed with him
The choreography for this song is insane! It is honestly one of my favourite choreos I've ever seen and that's saying a lot as not only kpop but dance genre has some really mind blowing ones! He encapsulated the feel and movement of the song perfectly, playing with the music itself. His control and precision he has just makes it so much better and is the main reason why he's considered one of the best dancers in the industry. He worked with Koharu Sugawara for this one (who is one of the most talented, amazing choreographers and dancers ever, you should definitely check her out!) and being someone who taem works with a lot ie. move, Flame of love (check the comment below for more) and a friend, she perfectly created a dance for want.
The theme of the MV is seduction/temptation. Apple (lyrics) & snakes allude to the story of Adam & Eve and the original sin. Taemin represents Lucifer in the MV. Notice the multiple cross-like symbols that appear in black (and later, red) while Taem's dancing with snake-like movements in front of them. If you go back and look the rolls of film turn into snakes. I like to think of Taemin as a graduate of the Michael Jackson School of Dance. His moves are so controlled but they look effortless. You'll enjoy his stage performances as well.

You should check out "artistic groove sketchbook live" by Taemin. It's another song of this album where he created the choreo on his own. The sketchbook version has the best camera work. Man, the way he moves is so smooth
I wasn't a fan of this song when it first came out now its definitely growing on me. Loved the video and concept, that was definitely Micheal inspired dancing. I wanted more also, felt like a teaser at first. Thanks for reacting 😊
