The first Evoland is cute, as far as parodies/homages go. It's really well made. But damn, Evoland 2 is _leagues above_ it. There's an actual story, way more genres being parodied and every age of graphics is amazing. I wish someone would actually make a let's play of it already.

Well, one thing is that the resolution stays at an incredibly low-res handheld resolution, even at the point where the graphics have already switched to 256 colours. But somehow the turn-based battles DO happen at a higher resolution. You hear much more modern sounding music during the battles when you're still supposed to be hearing the really low-tech stuff. The unlocked intro and a lot of the overlay text is always at modern full res instead of pixelated. There's more, but YT character limit.
Jesse look at all these comments, look at how many people are craving for you yo make more, if you love us, and i mean truly love us, you will make more and more so we can smile in the wonderful glee of enjoyment we have over this game!
I played this game when it first came out. So goofy, but entertaining. Just extremely short. Keep playing by all means, but I agree with you on people should play it themselves.

wow seven years old and it's still fun to watch, wish you had done a full play through of it at some point or the sequel.
