- Kaenon has partnered with the brave men and women of the Hawaiian Lifeguard Association. These dedicated life savers are some of the world’s greatest watermen and women and often spend over 8 hours a day staring into the harsh glare of the Pacific Ocean scanning for people in peril. In order to keep their communities and the beaches of Hawaii safe they need the best polarized eyewear on the planet and we are proud to provide them with those tools.

Our company designed and built almost all of the life guard towers in Hawaii. They are designed to help the lifeguards in their job to help improve safety for the public and the crew. The windows and window covers that open up to create a shade, help prevent skin cancer on the life guards. When I visit over there I always ask the crews if they have any helpful suggestions on improving the towers. These folks don’t get enough credit for what they do. God bless them all.
Underpaid and under appreciated. Best lifeguards in the world.
