i got 2 10’s from planet audio and 1 12 that my dad already owned before, all connected to a 1600 watt amp and it sounds amazing

Got 2 ix 10s on a kicker 800w lows sounds amazing
Edit: I just plugged a kicker 1200w into them...eating at just below half gain

if you’re watching this video Soley because you’re interested in planet audio subwoofers take it from me I had all the following subwoofers
1- lanzar audio both the max st 12” and the max pro 15”
2- Rockford fosgate punch p1 12”
3- JL audio subwoofer 12”
4- Orion subwoofers two 10” subs 3000 watts total
5 pioneer subwoofers
6- Sony exploders
And out of all of them my favorite were the Sony exploders. My second favorite were these planet audio’s that you see in this video the only difference is mine are 12 inches not 10 however I strongly recommend that if you’re going to buy the planet audio that you see in this video don’t listen to someone else and buy a different amp stick with the same brand the subwoofers are made by so get a planet audio amp to go with your planet audio subwoofers if you need a little bit of a better battery upgrade the battery you don’t need a different alternator all you might need is a different battery no for subwoofers like DC audio or skar audio or lanzar or American bass and all of those You’re going to have to hook up a better alternator or a secondary battery and another good battery under your hood that’s not worth the money unless you’re trying to spend thousands of dollars and 32 years old I did all of that back in the day I grow up and I’m not trying to spend thousands of dollars I’m trying to have an extra little bump in my trunk other than factory speakers so planet audio or boss audio suits me fine

That’s just how I am I believe that if you’re going to buy planet audio subwoofers you need to stick with planet audio for the amp as well because they made them to go together and they work well with each other you don’t wanna blow your subwoofers up by going with some thing like a diamond audio amp or a Rockford amp or a kicker amp the planet audio amp is meant for these subwoofers plain and simple I been in car audio since 2008 So when someone says these are garbage and they blow up fast it’s because they’re putting way too much power to these little subwoofers they’re not really 1800 Watts they’re only 1200 watts I don’t understand why they say they’re 1800 W but they’re not. So all you need is a planet audio 2000 watt amp you could use the 3000 watt amp but I wouldn’t your subs will blow within a year. If you want them to last you two or three years or longer go with the 2000 watt planet audio amp
