Hold plus and - at the same time hold till screen changes then press the plus till you get to po8 then set to 100 thats max speed on my bike its 31.3 mph

You didn’t make the bike go faster you just accidentally put it in a speed limit mode restriction which is 15 mph

Can you provide info on how to change display from MPH to KMH?
Many of your customers need this information…….it is missing from the user manual.
I’ve contacted the factory before and they said it’s not possible to change it.. doesn’t make any sense why they’d make it like that though
Have found exactly the same display unit on Aliexpress now, this one however displays kmh. Still waiting for the 6pin connector cable (julet) as this display came with wrong connectors. Cost of display was 14$.

My bike was doing 32mph I did this now it's locked to 28mph how do I undo this and get back to my original speed I had won't let me past 28mph now plz help

You're not making any sense here. It don't matter if it has a rider or not. Maximum allowable speed is max speed. adding weight just means more time it's needed to get to Max speed. And this is an $800 bike, 48Volt you're talking about..... if you want more, get a 72Volt Bike and spend 3-4times of that. Maybe even more if its in Surrons price Category.

you are kidding right? all you did was change to speed 3, you can clearly see i the video that you were not in mode 3 when it went 15mph, you never twisted the throttle, all you did was twist your hand, then when it went to 30mph you can clearly CLEARLY see that all you did was change it to mode 3, which out of the box already does 30mph,,,, there is no unlock for this because the bike already does 30mps, wow, posting videos that just lie
It works as demonstrated, first slow speed run the bike was in assist mode 3 already, when you switch off and then on it starts from mode 1.
We have the same bike.
Maybe check the vid a bit better before commenting.
