Very nice video! Very useful info about the mixing up of the wires in the connector. Do you have a vid about the way each wire is held inside the connector and how it can be released so the wires can be rearranged inside the connector?
woud youplease advice ; can the full twist throttles ( 90 - 120 degrees twist I mean ) improve starting speed and jerky movenments of ebikes ? or not much to expect in reality ?
Hi, i have thumb throttle that have start idle voltage 1.33v and when full run 3.42v, is this ok voltage, is this throttle ok and will this throttle work fine with such voltage values?. Thanks 🙂
I have a Phantomgogo R1 36v scooter. The make and model are Sine wave brushless controller 2HM-0. When I tested the 5v red wire coming out of the controller I found that the 5 volt Red Wire is pushing 17.44 volts. I am afraid of connectiing the.controller to the throttle because I do not want to damage the throttle. Is this high voltage normal or is it a defect? Will it destroy my throttle?
I was watching your videos to find a question related to my answer. Recently the rear wheel started to move quietly when I accelerated very slowly, but when I accelerated quickly the motor sounded bad and shut off after two seconds. The paddle assist still works. Can you tell me what kind of problems the bike has and how to fix them? Thanks... It's a 1000W gear drive motor.
It's difficult to pinpoint exactly where the problem is. For some reason, the controller is shutting down the power to the motor, so the issue could potentially be in the motor. The best option is to try to isolate the issue, which could be either in the motor or the controller, in my opinion.
thanks, i tried it just like you showed but my multimeter constantly reads 3v on the signal out. i guess the sensor is broken. i am interested in a controller but it's ADC supports only 3.3v instead of 5. given that the controller provides the voltage and reads it, it should work?
If I give on the signal , more than 5 volts dc , the motor goes Above the max speed ? .. I have an urbanglide escooter and I search how to unlock the max speed ,, my scooter have 25 km/h top speed , but I don’t know where I unlocked ,, it’s from dashboard or from controller ?
Ok for this ,, I have one problem now ,,, I put on rear wheel a onother motor from other escooter , so the front wheel work from the controller 1 and dashboard 1 , and the rear wheel work from second controller and the second dashboard , I take only the signal throttle from first dashboard and I put it on the second dashboard throttle ,, it works perfect , but yesterday, when I give throttle the rear wheel spins backwards as fast it can !!! For some reason , I don’t know , I’ll check all connections and the cables and the phases , all!! I’m thinking to turn the wheel upside down , but the speedometer do not work , because the motor going to the wrong way ,, do you know what happen ? 😢

Thank you! Just the information I was looking for. You made my day.
Nice!
Valeu!
Bons estudos!

Thanks, good sugestion I will try to make soon.
Very well done. Thank you for this.
Thanks!!!

Thanks for explaining this
Welcome!
Nice 👍
Thanks.
Hello dear friend thank to give me your good advice off that throttle, very interesting 😅😊
Thanks bro!
Thanks for the nice explanation
Thank you!

He tested it by putting 5v through it... if you did what he did then you put 18v worth of batteries to it.
Good Video Thanks
Thank you!

If you dont have change in the signal out the senosr is gone. Need to replace. About your question , I did not understand.
Could a person replace thos with a 3 wire POT ? Like a 50k ohm?
No, if you want repla e with 10k pot

Its depends how they block the max speed. I am not sure tha the limitation is in the 5Vdc signal from the accelerator.

How could you use a baizifu conversion kit brushless kit moto sensor that as wire's red black and yellow 😊😅
Red = positive, Black = negative, Yellow = throttle proporcianal signal

This sensor number please
Sensor code number is 49E.
Cannot see anything screen too low
Strange, maybe issue in your screen.
