Made in early 2007, this was the most popular video on my old account, helping boost my popularity on the website and being the most viewed "Creeping in my Soul" music vid online.
“Impossible,” whispered Karzahni. “You were downed … defeated … stunned.”
“I am stunned,” said Lesovikk, rising to his feet. “Shocked and amazed, too, that you thought mere links of metal could hold a Toa.”
There was something in the veteran warrior’s eyes now that made even the mighty Karzahni hesitate. Exhausted, weakened, Lesovikk still stood, weapon at the ready and primed for battle.
“Now, you rancid remains of a Rahi’s dinner,” said the Toa of Air. “Let’s try this again.”

Feels like the song is telling of Matoro's last moments.
OR, think of it from Mata-Nui's point of view. He is fighting to stay alive, fighting to keep his mind a real thing. If he STOPS fighting, he will cease to exist. He is sort of aware of what the Toa are doing, and does what he can to help them.

That's more Crashed and Gravity Hurts. This is more about the Matoran and the Barraki.
The piano riff at the beginning and end is one of the most creepy pieces of music I have ever heard. Totally suits the Barraki.

Bionicle was something truly special...so much heart, ambition, and creativity was put into it and it’s world. It even had such incredible stories! ...and it was just a simple toy line...
I wish lego brought back Barraki. It's my favorite Bionicle wave. :(

Lego Gojira I also liked it, and Mahri as well. The only problem was that Kongu's weaponry was horrible. Other than that the Titans were awesome, and the Barraki were amazingly creepy villans. I remember always wanting the green one, he was my favorite!

The nostalgia!!! My childhood and weekly allowance were poured into these things and I used to build little sets with furniture and other things to play with these little bastards

N1cKDo Th1NgS Trust me, if they kept the Bipnicle line going on and on ... they wouldve ruined it! See bionicle ended in the perfect moment- not to early and not too late ! So yea im glad they cancelded them back in 2010 .

This song as well as the barraki series was dark, but that's why I love Bionicle. It does what other LEGO franchises could/can not.

May the heart of Mata Nui live forever!!! Bionicle is one of the best action figures ever since __(fill in the blank)__. It cannot be replaced by a cheap version of the greatest heroes known to be!

I am not into Bionicles but I love this song. I like the rock feel of it.
I never thought that the rap-ish part fit with '07, but I love the black and white shots, especially the one of the Toa Nuva rising.
Does anyone else here remember stalking the Lego Bionicle site? I went into a craze and literally spent hours looking up leaked kanoka codes for the old kanoka club. :)
i love the Barraki
I used to love this theme. I never cared for the Barraki line, but I loved the Toa Metru and the Web of Shadows line, and my first Bionicle was the ice Vahki.

TheZombieSlayer1337 I didn't like their designs, aside from one of the Mahri and the titans.
TheZombieSlayer1337 The disk launching dudes were the Vahki. They are basically clones with very subtle differences, which lie in the colors, disks, and the only real difference, their weapons.
It`s so sad that the bionicle story ended years ago, and it could of continued. As a friend said, and I agreed with that.
i loved bionicle.... i cried when i learned it ended, and even when matoro died. it was, like, the first toy i played with.
Man.. Even if 2007 wasn't Bionicles best year, I'd love to go back and watch if unfold all over again.
@Dahajda It's not from a book, it's from a BIONICLE story serial called "Dreams of Destruction", by Greg Farshtey. But he also wrote most of the books. :)
All of the good lego content creators are mostly gone , there was so much creativity back around 2006-2014 too bad it's all over, I would relive these moments again as a kid if I had the chance again ;(

@FlamingChevelle Bionicle was a toy series from lego. It was one of their more popular action sets, aside from sets based on pop culture like Harry Potter, Star Wars, etc. Now, they did make animations for most all the Bionicle commercials (this video is made with various commercials) & they also made movies (First three: Epic with awesome, moving music. Fourth one: ... no comment) and some games.

The Vahki are so badass, the way they transform is just awesome.
I thought it was really unnecessary. All you do is flip the head and make it stand on its toes and weapons. Literally a kid does this with every action figure you give him.

Well actually there's a Bionicle story site that continued on, but I haven't looked at in a while, but I think that the Toa Mahri turned back into the Toa Inika, and Matoro is dead. :C
I had a sad face for about a week after learning Matoro sacrificed himself to allow Mata Nui to live once more. But yeah, there was quite a bit more that could've been told before the series ended... and I always wanted the Toa Metru to come back (The toa Hagah came back, why not the Metru? They were epic! >:C )

Guys, I know you want bionicle back, but you don't need to criticize hero factory. It was Legos choice to end it because the bionicle storyline was over. That is the only reason bionicle was discontinued.
It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.
It was Bionicle, then it was Hero Factory (ugh... -3-)

I know this may seem insignificant and useless to share but Mercy brings back humans or cyborgs. While Bionicles are alive they are not human, perhaps Mercy cannot bring back a Bionicle because they are not human and their wounds may work differently.

@Tfort2player Some of us are unfortunate enough to live somewhere this stuff never reached. Kuwait's a good example. These were awesome sets, but they were never sold in Kuwait. a friend of mine had them, but his mum was American and travelled home every year or so, so she likely got him a set or more on one of her trips. I wasn't so lucky.
Pity though. These things would've rocked.

It's 2017 right now and I can't believe I still remember this song. Damn though, this song still sound good. Anyways, I wonder if they'll bring back any of the older bionicles. I remember loving them when I was about 5-7 years old, but sadly I can't exactly remember which bionicle I had. Whatever I guess, song is still good, I feel old even though I'm in my teens, still love the old bionicles.

@ArtFreak1193 personally, I'm shocked you never heard of it. It was the BIG thing for most kids in early 2000. Mostly amoungst boys, yes... but I was one of those girls that loved it while also liking dolls and such. I guess I liked the stories they made for Bionicle, which reminds me, they wrote books for the series too. Bionicle was pretty in depth and awesome. Just... look it up, k?

Greg works on Hero Factory-Books now. I'm not even sure if TLG allowed him to continue the BIONICLE serials in 2012 :/ But if not, it'd be such a pity. The story has so much potential left... and there are so many questions! (Who are the Kestora? What are the plans of The Shadowed One? Will the Toa Mahri be saved, and what will Annona do next? What will Marendar do? Where are Mazeka and the Light-Teridax? What about the Great Beings?)

most of the story line thing is left up to Greg Farshtey I suppose, so he felt he ended it in a decent way (more like in a Sopranos-cut-to-black sort of way in my opinion... if you don't know what I'm talking about, look up "Sopranos finale"... you'll see) but again, room for expansion before Bionicle could go bad, and room for explainations.... maybe even back stories for some of the other figures that were very secretive. >_> Geez... I'm such a nerd... XD
