I've gotta be honest with you bro. You're king. You got me really taking pride in my lawn. But you're lawn was MUCH better in your last home. I know I know different grass types n all but the "prior" blue is unmatched!!!!

Conflicted..... As much as I would enjoy traveling across the country for the sole purpose of mowing someone else's lawn, it just doesn't seem mentally stable.
St. Augustine grass is ahhhmazing. First time ever I went to step on some with bare feet I thought it would feel really stiff and sort of jab at my soles. It's the complete opposite of that. It's like walking on a soft, comfy green cloud!
St Augustine loves hot climates specially if you water it well.
I would love to have been in your shoes Mr Ward! LCN has really brought passion back into my life. He is a full on enjoying life kinda guy and that passion is infectious and I have brought some of that to my own life. I was really stuck in the rut of the daily grind and then I found LCN and now I am passionate about my lawn! But not only that it has carried over to other aspects of my life. Basically what I’m saying is that opportunity that you shared with LCN would be coveted by more people than you can fathom so treasure it my friend!
Did ya see that. His neighborhood looks like my old stomping ground. Cutting the crazy St Augustine will a manual no power assist mower was my training. Great video.

I enjoyed watching you have fun in LCN's yard. I chuckled when I saw you mowing in several shots, and Allyn's in the background pacing nervously like a newborn's father with a relative holding his baby for the first time. Nervous... I couldn't tell if it was lawn preservation, or observation.
This is dad-ing at a whole new level. Flying across the country to mow a lawn. Goals.
