Hello , Yes it contains additional ingredients which are indeed artificial synthetic chemicals produced in a laboratory setting..Glyceryl monostearate , Sorbitol , Methylparaben as synthetic Preservative - Methylparaben has been the subject of some controversy, with some studies suggesting that it may have the potential to interfere with hormone function... Ethyl vanillin: A synthetically produced vanillin flavor.. Since we have other better good clean brands available I will suggest better to avoid but remember that the amount of these additives that is added to fish oil supplements is typically very small, and approved by concerned food authority and it is unlikely to pose any health risks. .. but I personally dont consume and recommend any products which has artifical additives as research and studies on this keep happening and suddenly some studies might come which says they are not good .. anyways all these are not good for our body if we consume for long term .. better to avoid.. Natural preservatives could have been used or tried here like vitamin C or rosemary extract... thanks !!

Yes I agree with you. I will check for the alternative soon and will make a quick video. Also, naturaltein regular single strength fish oil is available. Amway nutrilite also has fish oil in TG form, and it's clean. Have reviewed on my channel.. thanks

Hello , Please dont go by rating on Amazon or other website .. .you can reply on them .. For Calcium , I always suggest three options - Unived CalDVeg , Oziva or RawRX calcium tablets .. RawRx I will review it soon ..Also eat food rich in these nutrients ..Green Leafy Vegetables

Sir u have never ever reviewed Swiss life fish omega 3 capsules which is one of the most commonly used omega 3.Plz review it.We all know u r the best. So we follow u regularly.

From what I have read, discussed and understood is maintaining EPA and DHA ratio in vegan Algae based supplement is bit challenging . either you get enough EPA or DHA as it depends on the specific strain .. Sir.. how to check if the fish oil capsule are rancid or not? I am using the swisse brand And in between i left taking it. Now i Have resumed again. So wanted to make sure it's okay or not. Please guide. I have checked it's under expiry till now
Hello . The most basic sign of rancidity is a strong, unpleasant fishy odor. Open a capsule carefully (be mindful of spills) and try to smell. Fresh fish oil has a mild, slightly fishy smell, not a pungent or off-putting one. You can also check for discoloration or cloudiness in the oil. Fresh fish oil is typically clear and golden yellow.
It is also important how have you stored your fish oil bottle ? Proper storage is crucial for maintaining freshness. Ideally, fish oil capsules should be kept in a cool, dark place away from heat and light. Storing them in the refrigerator (not the freezer) is recommended. thanks

Hello .. Algae extract: 800mg
EPA percentage: 3%
DHA percentage: 10%
Calculation:
EPA content: 800mg * (3% / 100) = 24mg
DHA content: 800mg * (10% / 100) = 80mg
Therefore, you can expect to get 24mg of EPA and 80mg of DHA from each 800mg capsule of this vegan omega-3 supplement.
I will not recommend this brand as they have used some excipients ( which means artificial filler and additives ) .. they should have disclosed what have they actually used rather than just mentioning excipients q.s .. Thanks

Hello , Generally vegan omega 3 has bit less EPA and DHA compared to fish oil.. I personally use RawRX vegan algae based omega 3 .. you can take 2 caps per day of you need more dosage .. but it depends on for what reason and purpose you are consuming this omega 3 supplement .. thanks

Remember - Vitamin C-rich foods can enhance non-heme iron absorption from plant sources... so eat oranges this winter

Hello, yes very true .. aur isliye mai actual fish khane ke liye hi suggest karta huu but there are people who cant make fish daily or even weekly due to many factors.. and fish oil supplement becomes easy for them to consume .. but nothing can replace actual food and its holistic benefits .. @@PowerOfNutrition But m thinking on NATURATEIN vegan omega 3 it is mentioned as EPA 150mg and DHA 50 mg. So active ingredients becomes 200 mg. Total is 500 mg. Normally that much high EPA never seen in vegan. Which scientist research they did not sure to get that much EPA. But what is remaining rest 300 mg. Might be typo error on label claim. But how such big brand will make typo error on label claim. I have emailed them but not received reply. Also always stock is Unavailable, so how can purchase. Might be in search of that vegan omega 3 people come on their website and purchase other protein products. Kind of sales tricks.

Thank u Sir. As advised by you I have incorporated Naturaltein fish oil in my daily regime. I kept the bottle in the refrigerator. However, the capsules turned cloudy. I got in touch with the customer care and they said its the nature of fish oil and I can keep it outside. Also it's a plastic bottle. So now after watching this video, I am confused. Sir now that you have shared fish oil details, which is the best multivitamin and multimineral supplement brand that we can incorporate in our daily regime? Thanks in advance.
Thanks for your question .. The cloudiness observed in fish oil capsules after refrigeration could be due to the fact that some types of fish oil supplements tend to solidify or become cloudy at lower temperatures. As the customer care said .. this is a common occurrence and doesn't necessarily indicate that the capsules have gone bad.. Fish oil contains omega-3 fatty acids, and these fatty acids can crystallize when exposed to cold temperatures, leading to cloudiness or even the formation of tiny crystals. You will see that once the supplement returns to room temperature, the cloudiness will go away , and the oil should come back to its normal state... On multivitamin - I personally use Unived multivitamin at the moment .. I consume it when I fell I have nor consumed enough fruits and vegies and have not taken at least 15 min of sun exposure ..
