After us parents have worked so hard to teach them to dream big, and be who you are because you are one of a kind and were made this way on purpose! Another thing I learned was how wrong I was to tell my first born that you can go to the adults at school if anything is wrong... Because they care and will help you. 😒 oh my gosh, the treatment my kids have recieved in public school by adults would be considered abusive if it happened in their own home. And the schools are not held accountable. They hold all the cards. I am not a fan.
@@cchh1 The modern school system of the United States, if memory serves, is hardly changed from centuries ago when it was used to produce mostly factory workers. Some things have gotten better in general. There is little to no corporal punishments and more technology has been integrated. However, many elements of the past still remain in layout of classrooms and teaching techniques. Furthermore, due to lack of funding for education and other reasons, more and more schools are choosing to lose the creative and hands-on classes in favor of the bare essentials. Socialization, recreation and phys ed may also be limited. It's not right, no. It's not the way it should be.

Most music videos have this surreal feel, because they're played back at the wrong speed, slower than was recorded. When Mitch sings the bridge in this song (at 2:39), it's played back that way.
What I _really_ appreciate about this music video is that everything _else_ is played back _faster_ than normal, which makes the already great choreography look downright superhuman. It's gorgeous.
