Finally someone who speaks my language on this internet! Thankyou so much sir!!!
That unsubscribe tip/trick was a mind blower. Thank you for this video!
Your dexterity in Gmail is remarkable. "Click on the upper right", click on the three dots . . ." I will have to watch this a couple of times to catch the things you do so easily.

10 Unsubscribe is brilliant! It may help your viewers to know - hold shift and click to open each email in a new window, so Unsubscribe can be seen
Nice! Thanks!

Hi Steve, all great and usefull tips. I use most of them but for me the Keyboard Shortcuts are the best! I would strongly recommend using these helpful shortcuts. With the touch of a key you can forward, delete, reply, label...etcetera mails. It saves me a lot of time and I don't have to use the mouse!
Thank you. It's very helpful. 😃👍
I love all your hints/tips on the various apps, I never stop learning much appreciated many thanks 😊

I needed the templates and signatures suggestions! About to serve in 2 roles temporarily for a few months and will really benefit from that. Thank you!!
So glad!
You actually have to enable templates in the advanced settings. Great video.
Steve Dotto is a Carthart Guy! Another reason why I like this guy!
Of course! It is most certainly not my looks!
It is your awesome ability to teach me things I never knew about the tools that I use every day!
Steve, thanks for the amazing tips. I've been using gmail for a long time and didn't know about any of these features.
thanks!!
Excellent advise given to instruct Computer business people. 👏 ❤😊
I LOVE labels and use them every day.
Fantastic
I've been looking for a way to add contacts for years! Used to be pretty straightforward. Big thank you for this tip 😊
Glad it was helpful!
I use tags/labels on all my emails as a way to categorize them and I recently discovered the way to turn that categorization automatic by using the filter function (create filter based on the sender email address).
An excellent bunch of tips, succinctly presented. This was the most useful video of my week. Thanks!
Templates! Awesome! Tip for your viewer. Templates never showed in my 3 dots. After research, I needed to go to Settings>See All Settings>Advanced>Enable (Templates)>Save Changes Now I'm rock'n and roll'n. Love your energy and humour. Keep posting!
Thanks you Sir for making this video, the last trick is really what i was looking for
I'm so glad I found your channel! I grew up watching your show.
I love it when old viewers reconnect!
The last tip changed my life. Thank you.
Glad to hear it!
Steve - I'm so glad I found your UA-cam channel! Just enough to upload and make useful. And, you intros are superb, too.
Glad you like them!
Great video - leveraging Gmail extensions is also an important tip :)
Very true!
Good luck for your bright future 🌞🌞🌞

The Unsubscribe tip is great!
You are by far my favorite tech teacher Steve… thank you (-:
Happy to hear that!
Hi Steve, thank you for sharing this content. An additional point you could share is how to enable templates from settings/advanced. Thanks again. Fred
Oh how I wish you had this all out in a format so that we could print it out and have it on hand what great things we can do with email thank you so much
That's a great idea! If I had the time I would!
Thanks man that’s pretty dope
Glad you like it
Excellent ***
Holy Universe. I didn't know about templates in Gmail. I use (and teach) templates in Outlook. Thank you SO much. Big time-saver!
Great to hear!
Thanks!
Thanks so much Ire! You made my day!
Hi Steve the unsubscribe tip excellent, many 😊
Great tips. Thanks!!
I like to use tags to keep things together. And to delete them all at once when that conversation ends.
That's a great idea!
Is there a way to create a common email address, to be used for sign up smart home devices ? Thanks
Fell on two of your video by chance. You are a great communicator..I subscribed 🙏
Welcome aboard!
Great information. I subscribed. Very clear concise teaching. Thanks.
Welcome!
That was very helpful information especially the one about History. I was always searching through same email recipients for certain bill payments and you solved that one for me. Thank You
Glad it was helpful!
@@dottotech When I hit "Open Detailed View" I only have the Contact information for the sender in the RH Column...
Terrific info. Thanks. New subscriber here!
Awesome, thank you!
I just found your channel...You are showing some great tips for Gmail that is VERY HELPFUL. Your voice is very professional and I appreciate your technique in teaching. Thank you!!!
Glad it was helpful!
WOW!! You have the best stuff. Why haven't I discovered your UA-cam channel earlier? I mean, seriously this is easy to understand. And, I grew up when the only computer that existed was that robot on Lost in Space. Danger Will Robinson! Danger Will Robinson!
You made me smile!
GREAT VIDEO SIR LOVE FROM INDIA MUMBAI SIR
Very helpful information. I'm hoping Gmail makes templates a bit more intuitive in the future. Or maybe it's just me being slow. I enjoy these fun UA-cam videos. I look forward to my Sunday email from Dottotech letting me know what's coming up on Wednesdays and Foundational Fridays.
Glad to hear it Janine!
Apologies, I came back to this after your tips for Google Calendar. I found the Add to Calendar tip which now does Tasks as well as Events. It is better than previously but still doesn't address the question of "merging" Tasks and Events entries into a single Calendar Item.
Detailed View, OMG, I have never seen that!.
I know, so useful!
Hello, thanks for sharing these wonderful tips. Any chance you can do a video on texting from your computer?
Out of those I use schedule send and create tasks/events the most. Great features. I wish Apple would let me schedule text messages.
This is the first time I've seen Dotto since Dotto's Data Cafe back in the day. Whoa
Where have you been!
Loved the last tip the most - Search to Unsubscribe. These types of emails is what causes the most havoc. I've got 7k worth of emails to clean up. Some of these senders dont' even have an unsubscribe option. Any other choice but to report "Spam"? It'll forever end up in Spam if I do that.
do you have any thoughts and ideas on how you manage the folder and the structure of those better?
