@@troycopeland5156 Genetics is also a big part of how big you can get. There's a combination of factors here. It's genetics, how much you eat, what weights you move around, and how much test + other enhancements you take. But keep in mind that steroids are not something you can mess around with without doctor supervision. So anyone that considers this, please be careful, and make sure it's a well educated and conscious decision. No one cares
Haters gonna hate, But everybody knows who is the King...
Probably Dexter Jackson...👀

It breaks my heart to see Ronnie’s current medical condition after seeing this video. May he get long and healthy life❤️
Unfortunately, in the pursuit of success there is always a price to pay... We all have to pay a price.

@@blakelockridge6145 Ronnie has had 13 operations since he retired and he gets around with titanium braces & a wheel chair. Ronnie is in pain 24/7.

Ronnie IS a legend and will never be beated
Ronnie’s tomb stone should read
“Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder but nobody wants to lift no heavy ass weight...but I DID!!!

Love You.
Love you Ronnie you are my everyday Gym Motivation. Thank you Big Ron. You are the King of Bodybuilding and there will never be another Ronnie Coleman
I never realised Ronnie trained naturally for that long. Even clean he was a freak
That’s what happens when you have a genetic beast working as hard as humanly possible
He did take steroids. There's no way you get that big and that strong without enhancements. Guys, don't be so naive.
@@hyperhub164 i took steriods but im not as strong as Ronnie please Explain how do i get big as him other body builders take them why are they not big as him?
@@troycopeland5156 Genetics is also a big part of how big you can get. There's a combination of factors here. It's genetics, how much you eat, what weights you move around, and how much test + other enhancements you take. But keep in mind that steroids are not something you can mess around with without doctor supervision. So anyone that considers this, please be careful, and make sure it's a well educated and conscious decision. Also it takes time, a LOT of time, to get really big, bodybuilders take anywhere from 5 to 15 - 20 years to put on muscle near this size.
He did take PEDs, just not what the 'big dawg' type of PEDs
Everything about 90's was so great. Rony in Body building, Mike in boxing, Jordan in Basketball, Tiger in Golf, Micheal in pop. #BlackExcellence
Yuppp
That's racist af
Hats off to you - really really great video. You've REALLY put the effort in there.
Yeah took a while but finally finished it, thanks ✊
I met Ronnie in 1996 at my highschool graduation. He was our key note speaker. I remember him being much taller than I expected. He was soooo much bigger in person than any picture or video. Now I am 6'6" 300 and I felt small.
Man cannot replicate this. Ronnie was a beast. His lifts were EPIC.
